Roman Bazikalov

Prior to founding MADPI GLOBAL, Roman Bazikalov consistently excelled in the position of Senior Investigator for a number of agencies in Quebec & Ontario, including Canada’s largest investigation and risk mitigation firm.
Since becoming a licensed Private Investigator in 2002, Roman has investigated complex civil and criminal matters, worked undercover, and overseas. He specialized in intelligence gathering and analysis, corporate, legal, and insurance investigations, intellectual property, fraud, organized crime, conflict resolution, and crisis management.
During his 20-year career in the industry, Roman has developed effective relationships with national and international investigators, business contacts, and sources. Besides his work-related assignments in Europe, South and North America, he participated on multiple occasions in the Canadian and OSCE Election Observation Missions to Ukraine and Moldova in the capacity of Long- and Short-Term Observer.
Roman holds an Honours B.Soc.Sc in Criminology and Minor in Psychology from the University of Ottawa, and to various degrees communicates in multiple languages: English, French, Hebrew, Italian, Russian and Ukrainian. Among his other credentials are Certified International Investigator, National Legal Investigator, and Certified Master Investigator. He is also a trusted member of several most prestigious Canadian, American, and International associations of Private Investigators and Detectives.
Currently, Roman heads the company’s advisory practice on investigative matters to corporate executives and litigators and works closely with his team of experts on cases from coast to coast and all around the world. He continuously advances his education, implements state-of-the-art investigative techniques and equipment, and is the driving force behind MADPI GLOBAL’s sustainable business practices directed toward a positive impact on the environment. He is a donor and philanthropist to various local and global causes including children, victims of war and human trafficking, preservation of clean oceans, and endorsement of technological developments.
Richard E.
Cyber Unit Director
Richard is a career technologist and innovator with over 30 years of experience in the development and management of technology based solutions. His focus is on the delivery of data networking, security and privacy based services to both public and private sector clients. He leverages his experience in aligning both management and technical expertise in the development and delivery of meaningful client engagements. He specialises in Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM)/ Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) services, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), development of local, and highly distributed IT network environments, security services/ guidance, digital forensics, and innovative data privacy technologies.
Richard is a subject matter expert on data destruction and participated in drafting guidance for Government of Canada in publications CSE ITSG-06 and RCMP B2-002. He is also the only authorized and security cleared, private sector TSCM professional authorized to deliver services to the Canadian Federal Government. Moreover, he is an author of numerous security related articles and white papers, frequent speaker and panelist at various security and digital forensics conferences. He has dozens of certifications in various technologies, forensic platforms, and holds several patents.
Richard maintains close ties to security industry leaders, and is tuned to industry trends. He is an approved court expert witness specialising in digital forensics and other technical matters. He has acted as a technical advisor to various departments of the Governments of Canada and the United States, and companies including Dell, IBM, as well as numerous large and small enterprises. He is bilingual in French and English.
Richard oversees every technical/ cyber/ digital mandate at MADPI GLOBAL. Whether it’s an installation of covert security or surveillance equipment, bitcoin investigation, TSCM, IT security, internal policies and procedures, he brings an unsurpassed wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to help our clients continue with their safe business practices.

BA – Junior Intelligence Analyst
Hannah is a great new talent at MADPI GLOBAL. She has a background in Correctional Intervention, Criminology, and Social Justice. She was on the honour roll in college and on the Dean’s list at university. In her free time, she volunteers for a legal non-profit organization, and enjoys reading, hiking and photography.
Hannah brings her thirst for knowledge, youthful energy and initiative to the MADPI GLOBAL’s team and is responsible for intelligence gathering, communication and business development.
Antonio B.
BAPS – Security Unit Director
Antonio is a retired Law Enforcement Sergeant. Behind him are 26 years of exemplary service. During his career, he held a number of executive positions, including Lead Investigator in drug enforcement division, Supervising Officer in a street gang unit and Acting Lieutenant. He received multiple awards of excellence, among which are a recognition of bravery and the medal of distinguished service. He worked undercover, managed surveillance teams and divisions, investigated drug trade, human trafficking, homicide, street gangs, and white-collar crime. Over the years, he also collaborated with many Canadian and international law-enforcement and intelligence services counterparts on hundreds of cases.
Antonio has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Management. Since entering the Private investigation industry 6 years ago, he is constantly upgrading his knowledge of the industry. He is fully trilingual in French, English, and Italian.
Antonio specialises in organisational development and planning of security protocols for the visits of international dignitaries and high-net worth individuals. He also brings to MADPI GLOBAL a vast knowledge of investigative strategies, intelligence gathering, management of human resources, and business development.
