The ODT uses a mobile device’s camera to track pupil dilation, eye movement, fixation, and response behaviours while the individual answers a series of True/False statements. This data is processed through a patented algorithm that produces a credibility score, indicating whether the person was truthful, deceptive, or if the result is indeterminate. The entire process is digital, discreet, and takes less than 15 minutes to deliver results.

The process begins with the test-taker using a mobile phone’s back camera, positioned at eye level. The individual is authenticated through facial photos, ensuring identity verification for reporting. The app then presents a series of 60-80 standardized audible statements, mixing comparison questions with relevant questions tied to the topic of concern. As the person responds verbally with ‘True’ or ‘False,’ the app captures over 5000 images and numerous data points related to eye behaviour and reaction timing. The AI algorithm then analyzes this data to produce a comprehensive report, available securely within 15 minutes.
